It works really well. It helps to block out light, it feels lovely and cool around your eyes and because it has some weight in it, it applies gentle pressure to your forehead and cheekbones (without pressing on your eyes).Comfortable enough to sleep in as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yes. Very apprehensive because of cause as us migrane sufferer's are aware, nothing ever really touches the surface of stopping our migranes.This product is the only non drug product that really prevents the migrane from developing. It is so comfortable. At night i have worn eye masks before but they become unconfortable. Not this one. I think the silicone helps it mould to your eye socket shape and really blacks out your sight (another bonus).Havn't even used them from the freezer yet but i bet that will be even better!
