I have been buying these for years now, they are great vitamins with no nasties, they are easy to swallow and no taste. They are great value for money and give my body the vitamins they need

Usually take these for a few weeks then have a break and again after a little while just to keep topped up with vitamins and minerals. Easy to swallow, although quite large.

Not sure why I've been asked to comment on the pain relief for a multi-vitamin tablet!!!!!! Clearly AI is involved!!!!

ive been using this brand as recommended by my nutritionist. They appear to keep my energy levels good and support my overall health and wellness. I would state that vitamin D drops are also needed (separately & additionally) as another supplement, but that would require a person to evaluate on their own based on their blood panel results and/or living location

I personally didn’t like the smell or taste of these vitamins.

One day I was in an organic superstore in search of some multi vitamins as my skin kept breaking out in spots coz I just eat garbage (not junk food but just food that isnt detoxifying) and haven't had time to sort out my eating habits at present. I was recommended these by a store advisor. Apparently these vitamins are mostly from natural sources and have very little artificial sources in it. They said that the artificial stuff has been tested though and is not as bad as the normal store brands which are bad enough to harm you in some way or sort... Anyway. I bought a 3 month bottle, took them, my skin didn't break out not once (with the exception of the occasional tiny one) then when I ran out of the bottle I stopped for about a month. Within about a week I started getting spots again. I mean I'm not terrible with them I just get a few quite noticeable ones that would leave scars afterwards... So I bought me another bottle and here I am with my flawless skin again. I mean no vitamin should completely replace your intake of a healthy diet anyway but saying that I am a normal diet of just normal food and taking these has stopped my poxy pimples, that surely is a good thing. However I am biased as I haven't tried any other vitamin brands... But I like these coz theyre mostly natural and not as expensive as the other ones that are 100% pure. if you can afford those then good on you but these are good enough for me.

I was first introduced to Viridian products when I went to a Health farm two years ago. My needs were assessed by a doctor and I was put on a range of Viridian. I have used them as and when necessary ever since and am never without the High Five Multivitamin. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a pure health food supplement to explore the Viridian range which comes with excellent credentials they will not be disappointed.

They are large tablets, and do have that 'vitamin' smell to them - but nothing unbearable! I have felt a little more lively since taking these... not sure of any other effects yet, but it's only been a couple of weeks. Having read about the benefits of this concoction before purchase, I am fairly certain I will re-order once I run out. Amazon was the best price I could find for them
