The tag says it is but the small glass/plastic eyes look easily swallowable for a 1 year old** A: I gave Nayla to my neighbour's daughter for her first birthday. She's nearly 2 now. Nayla is much loved, goes most places with her especially to bed every night,, and is still fully intact.
