'Wonderful Tonight' is one of my favourite songs ever!

This is a great compilation of his mid 80's to late 90's period. This is a much more laid back Clapton and a million miles away from Cream and the Dominos days. Contains one of his best ever songs, River of Tears. Recommended!

I love whatever Eric Clapton writes and sings, but this CD is good music period. IMHO it is better than the Cream of Clapton. It has the obligatory Unplugged version of Layla, as well as Tears In Heaven; but it offers the listener the multi-level ear-candy of Running On Faith and the beautiful string-fingering on River Of Tears. A best buy in my book.
