Fixed my DRZ
I'm restoring this DRZ-125 and this carb is what made it run. The float valve on the original carb had water stuck in it but i just bought this one and threw it on and it started running like new.The bike was stolen in 2015 and recovered in 2017. the plastics had been taken off and sold, multiple pieces missing like the air filter, muffler, all that. Now the only thing missing to make this thing like new is the plastics!

Leaks
This carb leaked after an hour of riding. Not happy with it at all.

Mediocre carburetor, inspect it before you use it
I plan on using this as a spare carburetor for my KLX125, the jet size and everything seems fine and it can certainly be easily tuned, you may have to move the snap-ring on the main needle up/down a peg to get it just right for your engine - this usually applies to any carburetor though. However, during the process I found some alarming quality deficits, including loose RTV sealant that would easily find its way into something and clog it, an extremely small fuel overflow port could cause engine flooding on really bumpy rides (like on a dirtbike where the float jumps up and down a lot), and you can tell a difference in the casting coloration from the top cast and bottom cast are visibly different indicating some type of difference in the metal used - this in and of itself means the quality of the castings are not well controlled and the base metal probably is garbage. Also, the choke lever valve has no o-ring and the casting is just slowly eating into the brass, this will result in fuel leakage causing the mix to drift richer over time, this could've been easily fixed by adding an o-ring groove by turning the brass on a small lathe.
