Watch quality (laughable):The hour indicators literally fell off the watch face after a year of intermittent use. The indicators are literally just glued (with apparently terrible glue).Their response (terrible):I had to PAY to ship the watch to Michael Kors to attempt a repair for their own poor workmanship. Upon processing the watch, they said they "couldn't" repair it and instead would give me a credit to buy a new watch at watchstation.com (super sketchy imo). The funniest part about all of this is that there is no watch similar to this on that website, and all of them are more expensive—meaning... their solution to laughable shoddy quality is that I would have to pay almost $100 more for a design I don't even want.Run away from this watch and other similar watches made by Michael Kors and the other brands under their parent company.1 star for both hilariously bad quality and truly awful attempt at resolution.

I purchased this for my niece's graduation. It's a very elegant watch and the added bonus of the bracelet and earrings are a nice touch. But when we received the package, the box that it was presented in was dirty and marked which was very disappointing, especially since it was a gift. When you're spending a few hundred dollars on a gift, you'd expect the packaging that it's in to be pristine. The rating I've given is based on the watch and jewelery. The rating would be a 1 if I included the presentation box that it was in.
