I'm not in a position to say whether taking this supplement has increased my sperm count or not, but at the end of a month trial I do admit to feeling a bit more energetic in general!It's my understanding that these are scientifically formulated to help improve motility, which for conception purposes is important. From personal experience, and advice received from my GP, I believe that good general diet and nutrition, more exercise, better sleep, and cutting down on the ciggies and booze also helps things along.So I see this supplement as a valuable part of a wider regimen to improve fertility. I had no difficulty in taking the pills, and no adverse effects.

Well, I cannot say that I have yet had cause to put this to the test, but in the hope that the little swimmers are kept happy and healthy and mobile, they are worth taking. I would say they could be especially useful for those who are thinking of embarking on starting a family.

Only used these for the 1 month trial, and was put off continuing becasue of the price. I cannot judge on whether they work or not.

I took it for 3 months and used fertility monitoring. No real changes and at this price, I would try something else.

A little to early to tell if it'll work, but the ingredients sure mean these have all the vitamins and minerals one would need. The tablets are a good size (no issues swallowing) and they're 100% vegetarian. They came well packed and in a discrete package. I'll update this review should anything change.

Be faithful, be hopeful and patient. For our family it worked wonders, we tried for almost 3 years with no luck, but after a month on this supplement we are now expecting a baby, what a great news,,,Thank you for such an amazing product!
