Could someone please tell me how wide it is?

It is 3cm wide.If you have tennis elbow it puts pressure on the affected nerve and allows you to grip without pain (and with strength).I have found it excellent (wearing it when I need to grip).

If your pain is in one specific place, usually on the outside of the elbow joint, and if you press on this point and get pain /and or pins and needles down your arm into your fingers, then I recommend seeing your GP. This is tennis elbow. Physio may help, and the band will also help support the strained ligaments of tennis elbow. But get professional advise before using the band. Regular Ibuprofen and ice packs help best. Hope this is helpful.

I have both tennis and golfers elbow. Would i be able to use one of these because where would i place it? I cant exactly use two?

Place the support strap over the hurting part of your elbow .. there’s a thick piece on the strap and that’s where you place it directly on the hurting part and pull fairly tight .. I had both tennis and golf on same elbow so bought 2 straps over the hurting parts of my elbow! Fantastic straps. They really work !!

I always get pain on my forearm where my elbow is after being on the driving range. Will this help?

I would think so. I wear mine just below and front of elbow. Try clenching your fist and then put pressure on the sore muscle. If the pressure removes pain then yes, it will help-you wear it over same spot you pressed down on.
