First use of it the handle broke, worthless garbage. Also does not come with numbers.

In all honesty, this isn't very durable. I bought this as a gift some years back, and whilst it is a fun product, the novelty definitely wears off when you realise how cheaply made it is.

Present for my sons birthday

Arrived in a bent box, which had clearly been opened previously… sellotape at both ends broken and messy, interior bag which hold the letters also broken… product itself seems fine but quite clearly a recycled version

The letters are very poorly formed. The “Q” is particularly bad… very annoying as we wanted to spell “BBQ”.The retaining clip is very loose, and only really works if you have very very short words (4-5 letters at MOST). Anything longer means that the retaining clip has no grip and just falls off. Very disappointed- and there’s no way you could write “happy birthday”, as birthday would be far too long!Given it’s so close to Christmas now I’ve had to “MacGyver” it to work with “Grandad”. Essentially I’ve had to cut the ends of the retaining clips and have the straight edges lay ON TOP of the letters. This seems to be holding them in place, but unsure how it will impact the branding quality?
