Truzone Cream Peroxide 9% - 30 Vol 1000ml

I pay about £60 per month to have my hair dyed by a salon, and that’s getting a bit much on the old wallet. So, I decided to have a go at bleaching and dying my hair myself. I only have the front part of my hair, the fringe, dyed, and as a guy I have no problem with shaving my head if the self-bleaching went awry (as it once did last year when I used the 40 (12%) vol – the fringe “fell off”). I have dark coloured hair which I wanted to dye blue at the fringe.I mixed the cream with Truzone - Trulites Rapid Blue Powder Bleach and pasted it onto my fringe as I had seen the salon do many times. I left it for half an hour with a shower cap over it as I had it makes the bleach work more efficiently (not sure if that is really true).30 minutes later I washed the bleach away and was pleased with the result. Perfect! I keep my hair very short (about a grade 5 on top) and will be bleaching it once per month. I may get the 20% (6) vol to see how that works when compared to this 30 (9%) vol.

Haven't actually used yet, but I've done a hair strand test and all seems fine regarding the amount of lift it gave. The quantity in the bottle will last for quite a few applications once mixed with the powdered bleach, thus making it excellent value for money.It was well packaged in bubble wrap,with sellotape holding the flip lid down securely, so no problem leaks. I'm happy with the product and seller. 👍👍

As it describes this is a very gentle peroxide so good for sensitive skin! I have asian black hair. I use this product twice for 45min each to get bleach blonde hair (with truzone blue powder). It doesn't itch like other peroxides so I can leave it in longer with no problems!

Used with bleach powder from same brand. Took 3 attempts to get it to a very light blonde (from brown/ & green).No amount of bleach will make your hair white blonde, you need to tone the yellows out.

Bleaching hair can get expensive i Have been using this peroxide along with the same brand bleach on and off for a few years now and it is great, i would say make sure you wear old clothes when doing hair and gloves as even if a small bit of this bleach gets on your hands or neck etc it stings n burns like hell.but the bleach is fine on my hair and always works quickly please ask professionals what vol peroxide you need before buying as everyones hair is different i would also suggest when buying this bleach to buy a hair toner as some of the hair can go a orangy tone. also some purple/silver shampoo to help correct tones. as well as gloves to protect your hands.if you have any questions about product feel free to ask and i be happy to help where i canthank you for taking time to read my review xx

I have used this product for years and as a semi retired hairdresser i highly recommend it. There are no drips and it mixes perfectly with tints, bleaches etc. I use it on my own hair and also it is very good value for money
