What does the D-C stand for and is this much the same as the Probalance tablet ?

The D-C stands for daily capsule. Synbiotic D-C contains similar ingredients to Pro-Balance, but it contains a higher concentration of Enterococcus faecium probiotics, and comes in the form of a capsule rather than a chewable tablet.

Is this the same as Pro kaolin Enterogenic powder but in tablet form ?

No it's a pre and probiotic. Probitic I think needs a prebiotic to feed on. Helps to restore the flora of the Bowel. I'm not an expert but as I have used this product many times for my cats I always use it for digestive problems. They are capsules which easily open to sprinkle on food. Best to get advice from a vet.
