That's by far the best Sharpening tool I've used (cause of the adjustable angles) It dose a good job on the kitchen knifes but you need to repeat the process a bit longer than my other sharpeners. Despite that the tungsten bits are thicker and more solid so overall its better than any other I've used. Not besause of the quality or final results but purely cause of the options

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. I have used this sharpener for over a year and it seems to be getting better! It may not satisfy professional chefs, (or professional pedants), but it does the job for me. In fact after I used it, I have to warn my wife that the knives have been sharpened; to warn her to be extra careful if she washes a knife manually. Yes, they are that sharp.

Awesome bit of kit, so simple to use and excellent results. All I would say is be careful opening the packaging as what just looks like the label under the plastic is in fact the instructions.

Being able to adjust to 16Deg for my Japanese Kitchen Knives and then to 20 Degrees for pocket knife makes this really useful - I have an expensive Electric, diamond blade sharpener and to be honest this does a better job and doesn't mark the blade whilst doing it.

Sharpens knifes quickly & easily. The quality of the knife itself will of course determine how sharp the knife gets (and stays). I bought this ceramic sharpener because it was recommended as not being so harsh as the metal sharpeners.

Piece of junk. Dont be idiot like me and buy this crap! There is no easy way to sharpening. Buy Lansky rather that this.

El MEJOR afilador de cuchillos que he utilizado en mi vida. Hay que saber como utilizarlo y saber a qué quieres optar. ¿Cuchillos de cocina? Menos grados. ¿Cuchillos deportivos para batonear madera? Siempre por encima de los 22° El fabricante dice que las piedras de afilado son de Wolframio/Tugsteno. Duras, son. Aun no han perdido la forma y he afilado unas 12 hojas entre cuchillos de cocina y navajas. Lo recomiendo al 100% pero si no sabes de composiciones de metales ni como sacarle filo a los cuchillos correctamente, te recomiendo que te pases por youtube para aprender.

This is a very good blade sharpener. Before you buy this, you should be aware it's not a quick fix, just like any blade shapener, it takes some time to do, Also, it does create quite a bit of shavings from the blade, but that is to be expected most of the time. I do however really like how you can change the angle for it, that makes it very useful for different types of blades, the only issue I have is that as you pull it through you have to be mindful not to hit the plastic as the end of it, but that is just a error on my end, overall I think this is a very good product, espeaxily for its size as you can bring it with you in a backpack, so I definitely reccomenhd it, it was even able to for the most part a nic in my blade I had. I have included photos of the product, my blade, and the dust it creates.
