A fantastic knife for carving ham. We started off with a regular carving knife and made a bit of a hash of it - you definitely need the thinner blade. This one is great and excellent value.

This is a good, sharp knife. Does quick work of any jamon you throw it at. The honing steel is also good quality. Solid purchase.

Value for money. You must sharpen it every time you use it. I found it hard to get used to the flexibility but once mastered easy to use

Amazing product. First time I have ever cut my own jamón at home and have to say the knife cut wafer thin slices. Would highly recommend.

It has a cheap handle and feels tinny sadly, looked great on the images but not that great in reality, blade however feels to have a half decent edge to it, maybe upgrade spend a little more and get a better one

Had been struggling to carve our ham leg with regular carving knives but this one works a treat. Able to carve lovely wafer thin slices with ease and the cover is a welcome bonus too

As a big ham lover, it took me some time to finally find a good carving knife for Spanish Serrano hams we often buy for our family. Tried several in the past but were never too happy. This one from Jamonprive is a real surprise, excellent quality, very flexible for slicing dry- cured ham, very handy knife sharpening tool, plus a bonus ham cover, all for a very reasonable price. Could not be happier with this choice.

Cuchillo de alta calidad. Corta muy bien. Incluye chaira para afilar, basico para que cada corte sea bueno. Precio bastante bueno y la calidad excelente.
