Pure cranberry juice and NO SUGAR. Excellent for urinary tract issues. Tangy and tart. I tended to water down a bit plus it lasted longer this way. Enjoy!

Do you really need to use it within 5 days from opening?

Yes, otherwise it will oxidize and lose its properties. But if you are purchasing it for helping with an UTI, you will need to drink the whole bottle (and more than one) anyway, the recommended dose is one big glass, 3 times a day, for a few days. That will be the whole bottle in one day.

Does this really help with utis? I've read a lot of reviews saying it does and thats why I bought it.

Apparently there are mixed reviews now on cranberry juice..not sure it help me has I ended up taking antibiotics
