Keeps you warm and toasty.
These are great. The installation was simple. If you don't have a switch 12v source that is easy to get to, you will need to add a relay. Once power is connected and the wires hidden, you are all set. They get hot. Real hot. I felt the heat through my winter gloves. With thin gloves on, the heat was more than adequate even on the low setting. The only fault I can think of is getting the velcro seam in the right spot so your palm or fingers are warmed. It took me a couple of rides to get them dialed in with my hand position.

Worked great
I was impressed especially for the price. Great option for those who don't want or need heated grips. I ran them when chilly and unplugged and threw them in the bag when they weren't needed.

Worked great.....for 30 minutes!
Easy to install. Installed it on my 97 HD Electra glide in 10 mins (I have pretty skinny grips & the wraps just barely fit; by like only 1/4"). Wired it to my battery charger pigtail using another batt charger lead. That made it easy to remove/reinstall for each riding season (simply plug it in when needed). Turned it on & went for a ride (50 degree weather). Worked great....very warm although the left grip was significantly warmer (actually hot ...but I liked it) than the right (it was pretty warm but nothing like the left). After 30 mins I noticed they were getting cooler & then went completely cold. Rest of the trip was pretty chilli! The controller had power & would still chage settings but still nothing. Tried resetting it and disconnected/reconnected but nothing worked so...... it's going back for a refund.

Worked great one time
The grips, switch, and heat levels worked great but after one ride the switch flashes through the colors and then turns off and won’t flash again until it is disconnected and reconnected. But still won’t work.

It works!
Wish the three settings were a little further apart. You get Very Hot, Melting my gloves hot and Too dang hot - Turn it off, hot! Warm would be nice.Keeps the palms toasty, but on long rides, you'll still be thinking about a grip wind deflector. For the price, I am very happy.Be sure to place the overlap down if on the tank side of the throttle, or up, if on the headlight side of the throttle grip. That way you are always pulling the overlap tighter as you rotate the throttle. I wrapped them quite tight around the grips and have not experienced any slippage.

Budget Heat I’m Warming Up To
As a motovlogger, or an avid outdoorsman, I’m always looking for new ways to extend my riding season into the colder winter months. Enter this budget, friendly, motorcycle, grip, hand warmer. As I open the box, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, as this is a much different option than the grips with built-in heaters. My only experience was the expensive counter part grips where you replace the entire grip itself. These are more of the Velcro wrap that go around your existing grip. The quality of construction is actually pretty durable, the Velcro strip holds very well, and the pad adheres tightly to your existing grip. I was afraid that it would slip as you’re Rollin off the throttle, but that’s far as not experienced that.Insulation is a breeze. Simply wrap the grip around your existing hand grip and make sure that the Velcro holds tightly. Zip tie or adhere your power button wherever it’s convenient and run your lines down your handlebars inside your bike and feed back to your battery. There are hot and neutral wires, as well as an external fuse. There is no voltmeter attached to this, so you want to make sure that you have plenty of voltage on your bike. There are three different heat options with this grip. Well, I wouldn’t say that it will burn your hands, it does keep your hands slightly warmer. Many of today’s riding gloves, have a thinner, goat skin, palm, which allow the transfer of heated grips to keep your hands warm.Pros: this is a very budget friendly option to add and heated grips to your bike.Cons: I’m not sure how these will hold up overtime though the pad material seems to be made of a durable fabric. My fear is they begin slipping, and I constantly have to readjust.Final Thoughts: if I had to do it again, and I may, I would probably save for the full grip replacement. But these are a quick alternative and a budget alternative to they’re more expensive counterpart.
