Bought this item after using a similar one in a hotel which uses one. Immediately impressed

This unit is a good size, not so small as to be fiddly. The operation of the switch feels good.

I purchased this Item to use with my Boss Katana 50 amp and it works as expected. Makes switching between channels very convenient for me when I am live on stage. I also discovered that it can also switch my tuner on/ off on my Zoom G3X when I connected it to the Exp port on the zoom. the zoom G3x already has a switch for my tuner so I won't be using this foot switch for that.Pros:- small profile, easy to carry.- works as expected.Cons:- it uses battery ( I hate anything battery powered for live situation).- the battery can not be easily changed on the fly as you will need to undo screws to get to it, although I am not Sure how long the battery lasts before you will need to change, but either way when it runs out I hope it's not on stage.Hope this helps someone make a decision.

I have had this pedal before but the red light in that one was mounted on two thin wires that got damaged after a time because when you take off the lid to replace the batteries, the little wires get bent.I tried a Bespeco pedal but it wasn't as well made as this brand so depite the issue with the wires for the red on light, I got this one.It is the same sturdy switch but the wires for the light are now encased in a little tube, so its much better.The best pedal by far.

Solid switch that can have polarity reversed - so LED is on when unit has switched off effect or the other way round.

If you are looking for a pedal that you can pair with your subwoofer like krk s10, this is a great pedal that is solid and works.

What can I say? Works nicely with the boss katana amp and changes the channels, there are two channels on the 50 watt and four on the 100 watt, so I am happy with it. So maybe to state the obvious, on the 50 watt you could have one channel clean and the second channel with distortion. Or you could have the 100 watt with the first channel clean and the second channel distorted and the third channel clean with chorus or phaser and the fourth with t-wah or a brown sound. Its up to you, so you have more options with the 100 watt. either way both amps are brill and so is the Boss FS5L footswitch which is what I'm reviewing.

Solid build quality, does what it needs to do, will probably last a lifetime. Using it as a channel switcher for a Marshall mini jubilee amplifier and works a treat.
