TechRise Resistance Bands - Set of 5, Skin-Friendly Exercise Loop Bands,Varying Resistance Levels,Carrying Case Included - Ideal for Home, Gym, Yoga, Training

Ordered these to help my patellar tendinitis injury. My physiotherapist has advised basic exercises but I need additional resistance so these will help. The package arrived neatly packed with 5 bands of varying resistance. An instruction booklet was also included featuring various exercises that could be used. Each resistance band was colour coded and also marked with the resistance level that can be expected. The bands seem durable but I have not used them yet for a long period of time. Each band can be doubled up if you need even more resistance but I’m happy with this product as it is providing the resistance I require to help build my muscles again from a foundation level. Great price too.

These bands are just what I was looking for. They are really good quality and are ideal for home exercising. They come in five different strengths from very light to heavy so perfect for all users to work your way up to high resistance. They also come with a handy little bag so perfect to wrap up and store away to carry around with you and won’t be getting tangled with all your other things. I would recommend anyone to try out.

I think overall these are a good set of bands. I like that they have a range of strengths that are easily labelled and come in a bag to store them in. I find the extra light band too flexible and it feels as if it may snap if I use it (it hasn't but I fear it might) so I use the other 4, but I do think it would be good for regaining mobility, just not for exercise which I have bought them for. I have only used these bands for a week, but I find them to be a regular part of my workout routine to help up the intensity.

These are good exercise loops. Wide range of resistances so should suit most people (ok, maybe not those of us who regularly bench press 100kg...). Note though, that these are LOOPS, not BANDS. What's the difference? As pointed out to me by a PT before I bought the wrong thing, loops are small, light weight, very compact, and designed for putting around both wrists, both ankles, etc. Bands, on the other hand, are much more bulky, much longer, and are designed to go under your feet so you can hold them with your hands and pull up, for instance. Bands will help you with assisted pull ups. Loops won't. They're different things designed for different purposes, but are easily confused when looking at a picture online.

Nice bands, but to be honest they are not strong enough for me. I'm not a pro, but I have to use the black one (strongest) all the time. The others are useless, providing almost no resistance at all.

Having been given an exercise programme by my physiotherapist to help strengthen my knee after an ACL injury, I needed a flexible exercise band to do one of the exercises. These were a good price so I ordered them. They arrived promptly. Well packaged in a ziplock plastic bag was another sturdy drawstring bag containing 5 different coloured bands. Each band is a different resistance strength ranging from extra light to extra heavy and it is clearly marked on each band. This, together with the different colours mean you are unlikely to mix them up. Also included in the package is a set of instructions for various exercises that can be done using the bands for resistance. I tried the extra light band, which was too light for my purposes, and then moved onto the light one which is exactly what I needed. The good thing about this set of bands is that you can move onto the higher resistance ones as you get stronger. I intend to try the included exercises too. A very good buy.

Premetto che non sono una super sportiva e che non avevo utilizzato fasce elastiche di questo genere prima di poche settimane fa quando le ho provate nella palestra a cui sono da poco iscritta. Ho quindi deciso di tentare l’acquisto in modo da potermi “allenare” anche a casa. L’articolo viene consegnato all’interno di una busta di plastica apri e chiudi con dentro il sacchettino con laccetto che è la confezione originale in cui sono riposte le fasce elastiche. Queste sono 5 e sono sigillate singolarmente tra loro da bustine trasparenti di plastica (vedi foto) Già la confezione rende l’idea di un prodotto ben fatto e dalla buona qualità. Le fasce sono ben 5 dai colori e dalla composizione diversa ad indicare la differente resistenza tra loro. Infatti la fascia di colore verde è quella a più bassa resistenza (la più facile da usare), poi man mano che la resistenza/spessore della banda elastica aumenta ci sono quella blu, la gialla, a seguire la rossa ed infine la fascia nera che è tra le 5 quella con il grado di resistenza maggiore. Su ogni fascia, oltre al logo della marca, è anche scritto ed indicato simbolicamente quale banda sia, per cui non può capitare che ci si confonda nell’utilizzare una piuttosto che un’altra. Come prima impressione e primi giorni di utilizzo, ogni fascia è davvero ben fatta, costituita da un buon materiale elastico che sia al tatto che nell'utilizzo appare di buona qualità. Un ulteriore nota positiva a favore del prodotto è la presenza all’interno della confezione di un “manuale di istruzioni” che, oltre ad indicare cosa fare e non fare per utilizzare al meglio il prodotto (le solite avvertenze), ci spiega quali esercizi poter svolgere e come. Infatti sono ben elencati, con spiegazioni e disegni, quali esercizi possiamo eseguire con le bande stesse, aiutando chi è alle prime armi e non sa bene cosa fare per allenarsi al meglio. In conclusione, consiglio l’articolo per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per la buona qualità dei materiali e per la facilità di utilizzo. Spedizione Amazon come sempre perfetta e veloce, infatti il prodotto è arrivato il giorno successivo all'acquisto perfettamente imballato e protetto.

Voy a empezar por decir que no soy un loco del gimnasio entonces mi valoración quizás no lleve tanto peso. Vienen en 5 fuerzas o durezas distintas y todas son de unos 30 centímetros. Los puedes estirar hasta unos 60centímetros pero no se recomienda más. En realidad, esta bandas elásticas estan diseñadas para el ejercicio de las piernas. Viene con un manual para unos cuantos ejercicios sugeridos y con el paso a paso de cada una. Están muy bien, ¡sobretodo por el precio!

Reprise de l'entraînement, j'ai mis à la poubelle mon vieil élastique acheté il y a 10 ans (au moins) qui commençait à être détendu. Et j'ai opté pour ce pack de 5 élastiques de résistances différentes. Bien protégé dans leur petite sacoche, ils peuvent vous suivre partout. Un "guide" est fourni. Celui-ci n'est ni exhaustif ni indispensable. Je l'ai jeté rapidement... Les 5 bandes ont l'air de bonne facture, et font bien leur office. Die Fitnessbänder sind super praktisch sowohl für Zuhause, als auch für unterwegs. Der kleine mitgelieferte Beutel dient perfekt zum Transport oder zur Aufbewahrung. Durch die fünf verschiedenen Farben (Schwierigkeitsgrade) und die Kennzeichnung auf jedem einzelnen lassen sich die Bänder sehr gut auseinander halten und für verschiedene Übungen einsetzen (je nach Stand auch zur Steigerung der Leistung). Sie sind sehr schlicht gehalten, allein das Logo ist zu sehen, was nicht weiter stört und nur bei näherem Betrachten auffällt. Für den Preis Top Qualität, würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Am Produkt habe ich nichts auszusetzen: +vielfältig +Abstufungen für vielseitigen und persönlichen Gebrauch +kleiner Beutel dabei, in welchem man sie transportieren kann +sind nicht zu kurz oder zu lang Warum also nun 4 Sterne? Das richtet sich eher an Amazon. Denn dieses Produkt wird anders als manch andere, scheinbar sehr unvorteilhaft verschickt. Der Karton in dem es kommt, ist bestimmt rund 10mal größer als das Produkt selbst. Etwas extreme Verschwendung.
