Great vitamin!
I have been taking this for several years and my cholesterol HDL has been good. I take one in the morning and one with lunch. Will keep me up at night if I took it at dinnertime. Would recommend!

Love This Product!
Started taking this product along with their multi-vitamin, pantethine and Omega 3 krill oil and I can feel a big improvement in my overall energy level. I love the sustained release because I don't flush when I take their products!

Although one person posted that these tablets are oval, they are NOT.
Help for sleep. But difficult to swallow as they are round.
