Electric Fireplace with Mantel, Tall Fire Place Heater Freestanding with Remote Control Timer LED Flame for Living Room Bedroom

Really like the looks of this fireplace with one caveat. The logs are flat with a flame behind them. I expected the logs to be more 3 -dimensional. Looks nice for what we purchased it for.

Product was packaged in heavy-duty styrofoam and no damage. Received fireplace in less than a week. Able to assemble the fireplace by myself - 63 year old female. Instruction booklet very helpful and descriptive. Heat output is excellent. Warms my bedroom in less than 5 minutes. Fireplace is beautiful and adds charm and warmth to my room decor. Totally recommend!

Usually I find a lot of problems with the assembly process. Things not marked, parts damaged, poor instructions. Here everything was clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. And to make it even easier, the labels were done so that if you had a label upside down, it meant you had the piece upside down. Made assembly easy and efficient. The labels were big- not these little tiny dots that get knocked off in shipping. The final product is very nice. Flames are excellent and bright, remote easy to use, heat output is good. I was a little worried about plugging this in on a 15 amp circuit, but no problems and it works well. I am very happy with this purchase.

This came with a very tiny chip in the mantle but on the back corner so it wasn’t a big deal. I just used black marker because I didn’t have brown. Can’t even tell. It’s on my back covered back porch, against the privacy wall. It’s amazing. Matches really good and super realistic. I love this! It accentuates my log cabin vibe for my porch.

To begin with this item was supposed to arrive by the 7th/8th of Nov. 2022. In my Amazon account it showed the item as “lost”, however, UPS sent notification that it was en route, but running late. A few days later my Amazon account showed the item as running late. Then again, a day or two later… Amazon showed it as lost. UPS Showed in transit the whole time. So I told myself if it didn’t arrive by Wednesday, it’s probably lost. I waited, long behold, it arrived, Tuesday, Nov 15, 2022. Unfortunately though, it’s pretty damaged. Amazon did offer partial refund & we keep, but the damage was pretty bad. I am disappointed Amazon doesn’t have any other fireplace I liked as much as this one, specifically, none in this price range.I do believe it’s a descent product, unfortunately it was not packaged properly and Probably not handle gently either. I am giving it 3 stars because it has potential, unfortunately it just didn’t work out for me. And I’m Very disappointed, but that doesn’t necessarily mean this product is crappy.It honestly seems like it simply is a quality control issue. Amazon handled this issue very well. We ended up sending photos per their request and they refunded us 100%!I didn’t mention assembly, heat output or the remote control because I obviously am not wasting time putting this damaged item together.

Super easy assembly and nice slim fireplace for small areas. Priced appropriately for the quality.

The length of this fireplace is not as long as description advertised but will work for purpose we purchased for. Assembly wasn't too bad except the beginning few pieces was not clear on direction to assemble and we had to disassemble at end to fix. This is more sturdy than we expected. Overall happy with purchase despite not being the length we were expecting.
