Why does it say Target gender male? Looking to buy it for my little girl.

My guess is that men have rougher skin…. But this is perfectly fine for girl. I use it for my sons and my daughter.

It is baby healing ointment. I must say it is very good especially for a sensitive and prone to eczema skin.
