They fasten with very strong velcro, real good quality, my daughter uses hers on a venicci tinsmith so I think they would work well on most brands.

Yes the mounting velcros are adjustable, they fit comfortably on my wheelchair.

Will these clips fit a silvercross surf pushchair?

Definitely. They are adjustable straps so would have thought could be made to fit any handle bar. But I've got them on silver cross pioneer.
