Has helped ease the pain in my heel easy to install can be moved from shoe to shoe

I got these to help with pronation and general heel pain, and they actually do make a noticeable difference. The cushioning is decent and the angled design helps take some pressure off my joints. That said, they can slide around a bit if your shoes don’t have a snug fit, and they’re a bit bulky for slimmer footwear. Still, for the price and the fact you get two pairs, they’re worth trying—just don’t expect a miracle fix.

Comfortable and good value for money. Stays in place and makes my shoes a lot more comfortable pain is nearly gone.

It could just be that these soles are not for me but these made my foot pain worse. Once I took them out, the pain dramatically decreased. It’s odd because these are soft so I done know why they feel so stiff when I put them on. I’ll be trying memory foam instead to see it that makes a difference. Won’t be using these again but I don’t doubt that they work well for others. Also, they don’t stay put, which added to the discomfort. I’d say buy thick double sided tapead well if you wanted to purchase these

These are an absolute godsend. I have just started walking to get fit and would dread the pain in my heel afterwards. I put these in my shoes and it was instant relief, both during and after. Brilliant product.

Don't stick particularly well which is why I give 4*. If you get over that, they actually work. I had a sore heel that after wearing these for a couple of weeks eased & then disappeared. Comfortable & fit well, just hold in place whilst putting on shoes

Fits well in a trainer and helps calves.

Bought these to try after weeks of unbelievable pain from planktar facitis I honestly didn't think anything would help but they are fantastic first bit of relief I've gotten in so long! Still have pain but no where near what it was and I'm walking without limping

Problem is my bad, tbese took an edge off.

This product is amazing! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I could barely walk! This cut down the pain so much I do not have to hobble about! The pain is still there, but bearable!! Thank you so much for an excellent products!
