It feels colds and tingly and smells of the sort of stuff u put on ur chest when you have a cold,menthol.I have found a lot of the time I don’t need to use my medication that’s adicative. I have found great success with this.I was recommended this on my migraine group. I find it easy to use and the blend of oils gives some relief of symptoms. For me it does not get rid of headaches but if used early enough certainly helps ease the pain. It is very effective at giving relief if I have a sinus type headache. If I have a really bad headache or migraine I still have to take a painkiller but the Migrastick makes it easier to cope. Smell is “Medical” very much like “Fisherman’s Friends (menthol and aniseed) with no lavender which leaves me feeling more sick since smell is unpleasant and strong. This new version is cooler on initial use with no mint nor lavender smell. Coolness diminishes within 5 minutes to a lessers degree whilst with original continues. Blue glass bottle is 2/3 full.Would be great if they bought back with original ingredients. The smell is weak and the application effect - the burning/cooling sensation that numbs/distracts from pain - only lasts a few minutes before rapidly fading which means it needs to be reapplied so much more frequently. I'm so disappointed.
