Panasonic 4R25RZ Zinc Chloride Battery

It's a genuine branded battery at a terrific price, can't be faulted!

Much better value than anywhere else I looked for this product and so far so good. It seems to power our high powered torch well enough, but as we don't use it for long when it is on, I can't really say how long the battery will last.

Use these to run the water pump in a trailer tent. Got about 10 weeks use out of the last two identical Panasonic units over two camping seasons. That’s regular cold water usage: filling kettle and water bottles, washing hands before eating, washing salad, making squash for the kids, etc. My only gripe (and to be fair this isn’t by any means limited to these particular units) is that there doesn’t seem to be a rechargeable counterpart available. Considering that Panasonic are renowned for their AA and AAA Eneloop batteries, I’d have thought they would have broadened the range by now.

It's a battery from a well-known manufacturer and speedily delivered. It arrived, I put it in my torch, pressed the switch and the bulb lit up nice and bright. What more can I say?

I wanted a like for like replacement of a battery in a camping lamp. I was thrown by the image as it shows 2 plastic domes & not one dome & a spring. Turns out it’s exactly the same. The second dome is just a protective plastic cover for safe transit. You take it off & underneath is a spring. Thanks to the Q&A other users told me what to expect & I got exactly what I wanted.
