Defective - No response from seller
The pack of 10 brush heads I received from this seller are defective. They do not seat properly on the base and vibrate excessively, causing gum soreness, before I realized what the problem was and why my toothbrush was making a loud noise. Not one head in the package is good. I have since ordered from another seller and the brush heads from them work perfectly. I have contacted this seller, but have gotten no response. Buyer beware!
