Love it.
I have pain in my neck due to on going illness.I have pain in my neck due to on going illness.After 3rd use my neck was much better. I lie flat on my bed and put my neck on it for 10mins. Love it.

Supposed to have heat but ?
I charged heat pad and stuff but no effect. The shape of neck stretcher seems ok but so far hasn’t worked 😕

More gimmick that helpful
Liked the idea, especially with the heat, but it failed to deliver much satisfaction. There is no way to adjust for smaller or larger necks and the heat is disappointing. It is a very hard material.It is definitely more gimmicky than effective. Having said that, I do still use it, but not as much as I hoped. I will probably end up getting rid of it.
