Works a treat - put on with a treat.
Doggo would prefer not to wear it obviously, but it's a much kinder way of controlling where he's going and what he's looking at. By golly it works. It helps you take their focus off something and point their head where you need it to be looking i.e. you or away from that barky uncontrolled dog that is winding yours up.TO BE CLEAR THOUGH, THERE IS NO MAGIC BULLET TO LEAD WALKING. YOU HAVE TO ALSO TRAIN YOUR DOG. This just goes a long way to help you do that and reduce barky encounters.

Extremely Pleased :)
I am very happy with this product i bought it for my Cocker Spaniel puppy (10 months) I am a wheelchair user and she is already quite good at walking next to the wheelchair but when she spots another dog, bird or person she gets rather excited and pulls and sometimes she can pull the wheelchair off course to the side and because of this i was having to drive to the park as i was worried about her pulling towards the road and it being unsafe.I was unsure about getting a HALTI as i didn't like the idea of having anything around her muzzle but i felt that i had exhausted every other option i had tried to the techniques on youtube and it just wasn't working for us so i decided to bite the bullet and get one and i must say that its the best decision I've ever made it has been the last piece of the puzzle. Her walking is now pretty much perfect she is no longer able to pull as the HALTI brings her head round when she does so it corrects her straight away. She now trots next to the wheelchair lovely and I had no problem introducing her to the HALTI either she let me put it on her without any issue she did have a little tantrum when it first corrected her and bucked like a bronco but it only lasted about 30 seconds then she just carried on walking we have been using it for 3 weeks and now and again tries to paw it off but i just give the lead a little bit of a tug and she walks on.She has improved that much we are now walking to and from the park without a problem and because she is now unable to pull when she sees another dog it has calmed her down significantly as she has learnt that it gets her nowhere to pull and freak out. What i like about this HALTI also is that the part that goes over the top of the muzzle is padded so that the nylon which it is made from doesn't rub against the top of her muzzle.Size wise i went for a size 2 which was recommended in the sizes i did read the reviews which said maybe to go for the size down but i was more concerned about it being too tight around her muzzle so i decided to go for the recommended which fits perfectly around her muzzle but was slightly too big at the back so all i did was put it on her and adjusted it to the size on the back strap which was correct for her by folding the extra bit of strap on itself pinning it and then after removing it from her sewing it securely and I've had no problem at all.So size wise it personal preference as to what size you would think is best for your dog i was quite happy to alter if needed my cocker spaniel is a working cocker and is quite petite so its not to say that size wouldn't fit perfectly for another cocker spaniel.

Not as comfy as hoped
Not as comfy as I had hoped for my dogs they were in-between sizes, tried size up and size down and still wasn't quite the right fitting for them, returned but well made

My staffi hates it!
Although this looks exactly what I needed to stop my staffi pulling, he literally hates it. I have tried several times to use it but he completely refuses to wear it and I literally have to drag him forwards, as soon as it’s removed, he’s dragging me forwards. I literally would love to use this but he gets into a terrible state and ends up with both paws removing it. I’m not sure if it’s the feeling across his nose or what! I have tried a harness, a choke chain collar, a short lead a long extended lead and still he pulls. He’s a big staffi and I thought this would be the answer to my prayers but it’s back to the drawing board again for me!

Don't rely on sizing
Ordered for my medium sized but petite Romanian Rescue. On the size chart he was measuring at the end of 0 but in the middle of a 1. I went with the size 1. This was far too small and he couldn't open his mouth properly so I sent it back. I could have tried a 2 but he really wasn't happy with wearing it (I known it was too small) so decided not to try again.

It is not escape proof.
Unfortunately the Halti Head Collar proved useless against a very bright Cockapoo, it took him only a couple of minutes to escape, every time we tried it he would willingly let us put it on him, attach the leash and before we got to the end of the drive it was hanging around his neck. I would say that before our Cockapoo, we used the Halti successfully with our previous dog, a Jack Russell, it took a while for him to get used to it, but once he did it was a great success in stopping him pulling. I do hope this is useful to your decision making.
