no, just one, but it includes an extra set of needles

Every knock box is different. It all depends how big or small is your box

Q: What is the diameter of the bottom of this? Would it fit in a 20mm diameter slot?

The bottom diameter is 1.5" (1-1/2") wide and 3.81 cm; so it would need a hole slot of around 40mm. You can always increase the hole size with a hole-saw/cutter, paddle/spade bit, or Forstner bit. This is my second WDT tool; it. is very nice.
