The media could not be loaded. This is really good product. It helped me carry on a few running races. It works well and had a nice cooling effect which provides a relief. It's very easy to apply, you can even spray it upside down, which helps if you are applying it to the back of your leg for example. Great value for money, and I actually like the smell.

My chiropractor introduced me to Bio Freeze a few years ago for painful muscles and joints, and it does a safe but wonderful job of getting rid of the pain very fast and sometimes permanently. I have tried the roll on, the gel in a tube and the spray, and the spray, in my opinion, is the best as you can target the area directly and don’t waste the product as it pops out of the tube onto your carpet or leaks out of the roller. It works with natural hers and a freeze system which seems to penetrate the painful area very quickly. For really stubborn pain you may need to use it more often to get a deep relief but I’ve given it to athletes friends etc and it always does the job. Highly recommended

This has quite a strong smell but really worth it as it does help with back pain.It feels very cold when it goes on and that cold lasts a few hours.

This is the best stuff to spray on a back, knees etc and still can take painkillers if needed as it’s not medical. I tell everyone how good it is no gel medications for me!

Doesn’t smell bad at all and definitely eases my bad back.
