which is the best HYLO to use after a cataract operation.

I was prescribed hylo -care following eye surgery as it is preservative free and also contains something that is supposed to aid healing , I then swapped after 6 months to Habakkuk which is just for dry eyes and cheaper both are very good

Can I use hylo care with contact lenses

Not sure on that one, I have very dry eyes and suffer from the cold sore virus been recommended by my consultant, and I put drops in at night, must say I have noticed the difference, sorry if not the answer you were looking for.

What is the difference between the 3 different HIlo products?

Each one is suitable for varying degrees of dry eye , mild moderate severe . They will also suit different conditions ie cornea repair or inflammation etc . Look on the hylo website for clarification.
