Best BCAA around - Natural Stacks is super high quality stuff
I have used BCAAs from at least 5 different brands on Amazon. This one is by far the best- I can feel the difference in quality in how my body responds to it post workout. Natural Stacks is known for using the absolutely highest quality ingredients and quality control methods in creating their products by all accounts, and I believe it after finding this product. My philosophy on supplements has been to use the highest quality and best supplements I can possibly find. It's your health and body we are talking about here, it makes sense not to be a cheap bastard and get some weird junk from China where you have no idea what is in it. I'm sold on Natural Stacks and this BCAA in particular has been worth its weight in gold for maintaining muscle mass while cutting. Highly Recommended.

So far seems ok but haven't noticed any difference. Time will tell. The dose recommends 1-3 and each serving is 5 pills, that means you could go through this in 10 days. Something to consider. Will post an update when closer to finish product.UPDATE: I used the whole bottle and put this product to the test very hard. Overall it was not for me. While I like the all natural fact, this product did not seem to give me results as other BCAAs. I sitll give it a 3 stars for the quality it seems to have. I didn't like the 5 pills 3 times a day for max servings and some days I did notice an upset stomach despite following all directions. If all natural is the most important aspect to you then these might be for you.

Love that this is vegan. I’m a 5 day/week crossfitter and have been using it for the last couple of weeks. Definitely helps with recovery and I’ve been able to push a little extra with every workout. I recommend it :)

Contains beta-alanine, do additional research before taking
Note that this is not a traditional formulation for BCAA but also contains beta-alanine. I have been taking a different BCAA supplement daily without issues. I liked the fact that this product is vegan – you don't want to know what goes into non-vegan BCAAs! Unfortunately I have some intolerance to it, and experienced dizziness and muscle pains even when taking less than the recommended dose.

The Easiest BCAAs You'll Ever Take
I've tried different BCAAs - plain powder, powder with flavor enhancers, etc. - and all taste terrible and are tough for me to get down. These are in a capsule form and a serving is only 5 capsules, so it's very easy to take with just water. They're pharmaceutical grade, all natural (no artificial fillers or bad stuff mixed in) and I like the addition of the Beta-Alanine (1000 mg) for muscle endurance. I've had really good results using this pre workout and stacking with even more Beta-Alanine plus a small amount of Whey Protein (not enough to take me out of Nutritional Ketosis) to power me through some intense workout sessions. Also, I just started adding this to my post workout stacked with some BioCreatine (also by NS) to help preserve and increase my lean muscle mass - this is a new regimen for me but so far so good.

To start - nothing wrong with the product. Glad to find high-quality BCAA's that I can trust. 5 Stars to the supplement itself.What I don't like is the meager quantity of 150 capsules per container. Recommended dosage is 5-15 caps per day according to the label. It's possible to go through an entire container in 10 days. Supplements like these, that are meant to be taken regularly, over a long period of time shouldn't be sold in such small quantities (in my opinion). I'd buy more if they'd offer a bottle of 600-1000 caps in one order. Yes, I could order 3-5 of these bottles at once but that just seems wasteful to me.

Great way to get your branch chained Amino's. Not crazy about the florescent colored urine it causes after you take it. But it seems to do what it says.
