Max MAX430S.079 Waterproof Photography Hard Plastic Flight Case, Tool Box, Black

I was looking for a carry on hard case that met the recently updated limitations for hand baggage on budget airlines for my camera and lenses. I looked at big name market leaders but didn't like the price tag or the fact that most did not comply with Ryan Air's now reduced cabin baggage maximum dimensions. This one did. I read all the reviews and found that most were impressed with the quality of the case, fastenings and foam padding. But would my camera and lenses fit. Yes they do. All are well insulated from each other, as well as the top bottom and the sides of the case. I am particularly pleased with the robust construction of the case with a sealed tight fitting lid and sturdy fasteners. The other reviews were correct. As far as price was concerned the clincher for me was the additional £5 off offer turning a an excellent quality product into an excellent value product as well. Very pleased. Highly recommended

I had never bought a case before and looked at reviews and stuck my neck out and bought 2. Incredible quality, 3 layers of foam plus the lid foam. extremely solid, very good snap clips to close the box , no sloppy catches, they snap closed .I am so pleased with the the quality of this I am putting in an order for 2 more. Incredible price for the quality and size . You won't be disappointed and they foam is very high quality. So far I cannot fault these cases .

I bought this to store a few items for regular transit but I was surprised by the quality of the case for the price, including the lid there are four layers of foam, (I didn't expect that) the egg box style in the lid and two pick and pluck layers in the base on top of a third thinner layer of protective foam in the bottom. I am now using it to carry electronic equipment and the depth means I can store a lot more upright by creating different width holes in each layer and still have a cushion below. the case feels really solid compared to what I was using before and while transporting some very expensive small electronics it makes me feel more confident no one is going to accidentally cause damage by dropping something. I don't know if it is waterproof and have no intentions of finding out.

Very good case and fits in overhead cabin, and is small enough for all the airline I have travelled on. The only issue is that security generally ask me to open up, but that because I am transporting about 40 IoT devices :)

The case itself seems nice and sturdy. but it did not contain the "pick and pluck" foam in the item description. Just the foam in the lid and a thin layer on the bottom. Not suitable for photography items as-is. I have had to purchase additional foam, so what seemed good value ended costing more in the end.

I bought this case to house my lens, camera and accessories.It is well built and worth the money for what you get.Easy pull out foam sections for arranging your items to your design.I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase
