Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Fast Dissolve Tablets, 50 Tablets

I purchased these fast dissolve tablets from Amazon rather than trying to find them in a store locally. I trust Nature Made and Amazon to deliver exactly what I ordered and I wasn't disappointed. The fast dissolve tabs taste great and they get the B12 into my system much faster than taking a regular pill. The pill is relatively small and hasn't upset my stomach at all.

Good flavor melt in your mouth fast

Again, this is my favorite brand of vitamins/supplements. Great value for the price and easy absorption noted.. cherry flavored smell and small enough to place under the tongue without discomfort. Ease of use noted, I like this brand very much.

My energy levels are low. Bought these because I do have a lot of the listed symptoms for b12 deficiency. I had been napping twice per day after work. First day after taking this I was unable to nap. Second day, tried again and couldn’t. Sounds bad but it’s good because obviously I can skip those naps now. I was just trying to take them out of habit. I typically don’t believe that most supplements cause changes same day- it usually takes time - but it was fairly immediate. It does make me a little cloudy brained for an hour or so after taking it. I have done more laundry and house work in the last 2 days as well.

Easy to take and the tablets are a convenient size. I like Nature Made products and this is an easy way to add B12 to my daily routine. Good value for the amount you get.
