Avon Mark. Makeup and Primer Setting Spray

This is THE only setting spray that actually works for me. I have major oily skin and makeup never stays on my face, but with this I can work a 12 hour shift in a hot environment, sweating and my make up does NOT move !! My tip is apply skincare then spray setting spray, then apply foundation and concealer etc and spray again apply powder and do a final spray I promise you your make up will not budge! I’m on my 3rd bottle of this and I will never use anything else now … it works !!

Very happy with my purchase opted for this one as the product I usually buy was not available. Only one small niggle when you first spray it on it feels tight on your face but that does subside after a little while. My makeup stays in place for a good eight hours then I only do a small touch up. Overall very happy and really good value for the money as the bottle is a generous size and will last a long time as you don't need much. Would definitely recommend this product.

using setting sprays i’ve never been able to tell if they work or not but switching from my regular one to this i’ve noticed a major difference. my makeup is more long lasting and looks the same as when i put it on (e.g. no bits wiped off and not patchy). doesn’t smell the best but it works! defo worth it

I have been using this for almost a week now and have not noticed any difference really. I have testing my make ups longevity with this both powdered and unpowdered and in neither case did I notice a remarkable difference. I also find that when I spray it my face feels tightened as if sprayed with hair spray! Like I say though, this doesn't appear to be adding any longevity to my make up wear. Having said that, it's cheap and not terrible (it doesn't make my make up worse). But after trying numerous cheaper setting sprays I feel it's time to bite the bullet and fork out for the Urban Decay de-slick as nothing really seems to compare!

So far so good!! I'm really pleased with this product I've only ever used one setting spray before which came out like a water pistol so this was such a good upgrade. The spray is light and covers my face well without leaving droplets, I wasn't expecting much from this as the reviews are 50/50 but my make up looked fresh all day when it usually fades after an hour due to my oily complexion. My foundation and contour stayed put all day and my eyeshadow remained on in place without creasing or fading in colour.

Considering the price, I was rather impressed. Being so much cheaper than brands such as Urban Decay I didn't expect much, but this is actually very good. I tend to go to a lot of gigs, and this is my must have. It holds make up well for hours, especially foundation. It's not very effective on lipstick, which fades even if it's Mac, but is generally good for the rest of the face. Even at the gym, with high amounts of sweat, make up doesn't run. It isn't perfect, but it's well worth the price.

Honestly I was expecting a bad quality product considering its price and the fact that it's Avon, but I was pleasantly surprised when I used it over the bank holiday weekend this year at the Lincoln steampunk event. It kept my makeup looking great through tears, sweat, rain and anxiety attacks alike. I am highly impressed by how well it works and I will be buying it again once my current bottle runs out!11/10 would recommend it!!
