ExtremeHeat is formulated to allow for repairs to iron, steel and metal in high temperature environments (1000°F / 537°C). When fully cured, this metallic compound can be drilled, machined or sanded. It is great for repairing cracks, small gaps, seam connections or holes in exhaust manifolds, pipe connections, mufflers, catalytic converters, outdoor grills, fire boxes, gas and commercial furnaces and water heaters. This product is water based, non-flammable and contains no solvents or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Pack of 6. Good short term fix
Needed to fix exhaust leaks, worked okay, eventually cracked and fell out...

Great stuff
I have use this paste with aluminum window screen material and it hasn't failed yet and has been for a few years now and it works great.

Not good for exhaust system at cat temperatures advertised are not true and bad to apply.
This is very bad it just does’t work as advertised I wasted $49 for nothing.

Not as advertised
This product will not withstand temperatures above 380 degrees Fahrenheit. It says 1000 degrees limit but at 380 degrees it started bubbling and oozing and fell off , any temperature before that it did fine but don’t believe you can use this in a high temperature environment.

Doesn't work
Does not withstand the temps advertised. Bubbled and melted under 400 degrees. Waste of time/money.
