whats the release agent for this chemical in plaster is it vaseline or oil or soap? also i added pigment into this resin and it went white is that nor

I used it to cast in rubber and didn't use a release agent. Not sure if that helps. Yes it does turn opaque and white once cured.

will this work on a lathe? want to make a bowl - resin mix

Yes to a certian degree, you have to turn much slower than with an epoxy resin, for the Easyflo 60 liquid plastic has a much lower burning point then the epoxy resins, also the Easyflo 60 will cure white in colour, we have full email and telephone support if you wish to discuss in depth suitable resins for your project.

other than a vacume chamber, are there other methods for reducing air bubbles when using this product?

I don’t use any kind of vacuum chamber. I pour into a silicone mould using a spray releasing agent and as the easyflo 60 is of a very low viscosity I find I get almost no air bubbles at all. Some people spray the releasing agent over the poured easyflo before it is cured to break the surface tension. I hope you find this useful
