I really enjoyed using these lavender bath salts. The lavender scent is pleasant and calming without being too strong or artificial. The salts dissolved quickly, I only used a handful and I found the bath very soothing. My skin felt nice afterwards, and I came out feeling much more relaxed. The pack is a good size, so it should last for quite a few baths, which makes it good value too. Overall, I'm very happy with this item and I will continue using it as part of my evening wind-down routine. I'd happily recommend them to anyone who enjoys a relaxing bath with a lovely lavender fragrance.

Ive already started using it's a great addition to my foot routine my feet hurt alot got nerve damage this seems to calm it down and I love the smell i love the fact that i didn't have to mix it on my own as this is perfect combination with just the right amout of lavender

I love using Epson salts with lavender for a soak for my feet! I don't have a Foot Spa but I do keep a separate bowl for soaking my feet. A DIY foot Spa is fun here's how I do mine... Just before I go to bed. add a small handful of these Epson salts to some warm water in your bowl you will now smell the lovely lavender aroma. Have ready a TOWEL, MOISTURISER, for feet and some comfy SOCKS, Now sit down comfortably pop your feet into the bowl and relax enjoy your feet soaking in your luxurious spa bath! If you have one after a bit of a soak use your foot file if you haven't got one they are worth having (available on amazon) gently rub over any hard skin to remove it and leave your feet baby soft. Carry on soaking after for a little while longer. Once your water starts to get cool. Lift your feet onto a towel and dry thoroughly remember to dry between your toes! Once your feet are completely dry slather on a good moisturiser for feet paying extra attention to your heels. Now pop you pampered feet into your comfy socks. If possible leave your socks on overnight to allow the moisturiser to soak in. Treat yourself each week to your DIY foot spa your feet will thank you for it! We bought this during lockdown as were we unable to get to the shops and I suffer with chronic pain. Not the nicest smelling salts I've had, smelt artificial to me. Dissolved well and baths do help but I am not 100% convinced that the salts helped that.
