Only expect a thin line. - Worked well for me. They pick up a very faint line. I used these daily until I hit 3+ on another brand. I started on April 1st. On 5th April I got 1-2 weeks on the clearblue test, on 11th I got 2-3 weeks, and April 16th I got 3+ weeks, which correlates to the test at the top. They don’t get massively dark beyond a thin strip at the top, I found. Review: Early Detection!! - These gave me a faint positive at 9dpo! I was skeptical because of the reviews, but no other test detected it this early. I tested the day before af was due, very very faint line apeared. 2 days later it was darker along with a boots test which showed a slightly darker line. They do work and very useful if your trying to conceive as they are cheap. I sugest using these until you get a faint line, then take a clear blue digital for real proof. This works just aswell. The test is easy to do. The only downfall is you need a cup to pee into and then place the test stick in the urine for approximately 10 secs. I tested a few days before my missed period and a very faint line appeared. It was so faint that you could almost not see it. However, as I got closer to my missed period the line got gradually darker. On the day of my missed period the line was darker. A few days after my missed period I tested again and the line appeared quickly and was just as dark as the test line. I can not recommend this product enough.
