Blue Corn Tortillas 1kg (40)

The first pack of these we purchased arrived with a puncture to the packaging and we were refunded. I ordered a replacement. They arrived vacuum packed, and so we ate some despite them looking and smelling different from other packs of blue tortillas we have purchased before. These had a pink hue to them, smelled different than other packs have and were very fragile and tore very readily. We have eaten two meals from the pack and both times had upset stomachs. Will not buy again. I would recommend that you avoid these, find a different supplier.

The blue corn tortillas were delicious. I did however had to handle it gently as they’re very delicate. Had to place them gently on a very hot flat pan and flip them when they’re ready or they break. The taste was definitely worth making a little bit of effort while warming them up.

Being mexican im always on the look for toritllas, I have ordered quite a few time tortillas from this brand but the last 3 times the tortillas have a weird sugary taste that proper mexican tortillas dont have. besides that they have come with a bad quality, all tortillas always break

As a Mexican living in the U.K., I buy tortillas often. I used to order Tortillas Guanajuato, but their quality has been diminishing in the past months. Today it was the confirmation of this. The tortillas are inedible. They came stuck to one another, and they are too thin to even separate them. Some came destroyed, others broken when I tried to separate them to heat them. They are not cheap either, so completely disappointed by this product. I’ll have to find another brand.

I made some great Birria tacos. These taste great and when fried go super crunchy. I love making Mexican food so I will definitely buying these again in the future

Item was defective. Tortillas were likely not adequately dried before packing and had all stuck together making them impossible to separate without them all breaking. I’ve previously worked as a chef in a Mexican restaurant and have not experienced this issue before.

Taste good but very brittle - have to get warmed up in the pan correctly to be used. But because they only seem to get shipped in a paper envelope, don't expect to be able to use more than half of the pack. We lost at least 40% straight off as split right through the centre. Another 25% had edges bashed off.
