Review: Excellent value – still going after 10 years! - I paid just £4.49 for this microphone holder and have been using it for around 10 years, so it has certainly proved to be excellent value for money. It still holds the microphone securely with various brands of microphones and is easy to position and adjust. Despite years of use, it continues to do exactly what it is supposed to do. I really can’t complain. One of those simple purchases that has lasted far longer than expected. Highly recommended.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi does it fit a 10mm tnread mike stand.**
A: Hi, yes it will.

Tiger Music

**Q: Will it hold an audix OM7 securely?**
A: I am not sure. ask for the dimension from the maker.

**Q: What is the max diameter microphone this holds.**
A: I have a large wireless mic and it hold that so standard plus im guessing. They do stretch

**Q: I am wondering if the 5/8 thread is metal and whether it could be (forcibly) removed. The reason I ask is I would like to obtain a 5/8-27 nut.**
A: The thread is brass and probably well bonded into the plastic. I feel sure the thread is photographic standard. Cannot see why you would need a nut instead.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good solid job with adapter
*by M***N on 20 August 2010*

Tiger do 2 sizes of clip - small and regular, but the actual sizes are not quoted in the description. Small is OK for pencil mics 21-22mm. Regular measures 26mm at the narrow end, 29mm at the outer end so the average studio mic will probably slip in. The plastic is quite thick so it is very firm and would not expand much above this. Comes threaded 5/8" with a 3/8" adapter.
