STP Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner 200 ml, Restores Power & Acceleration

I bought the STP Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner (200 ml) after my car’s engine warning light came on, indicating the DPF was blocked—and I’m really impressed with the results. I was honestly expecting an expensive trip to the garage, but decided to try this first. After adding it to the fuel as instructed and taking the car for a decent drive, the difference was noticeable. Not long after, the engine warning light cleared, and the car started running much smoother again. It’s such a relief to fix what could have been a costly issue with such a simple and affordable solution. This product essentially saved me from a garage visit and a potentially big bill. If you’re dealing with a DPF warning light or blockage, this is definitely worth trying before anything else. Highly recommended!

Put it in my diesel Toyota as dof light keeps popping on , was (95% full dpf), reset the light took it for a good motorway blast , 1// hr each way , dpf light has gone , car seems to run a lot faster and smoother , checked dpf and it was at 25% , another blast will get rid , I would recommend this , seems to work well, cheaper than an 85£ dpf clean!

I trued this to my usually DPF cleaner additive from Halfords & as far as I can tell it did the job. Unless you do 300 plus miles a week, any diesel will clog up the filters on the urban grind. I travelled up Nirth recently after putting this into my tank & the performance seemed better & it's a fair price.

Had the DPF light appear as I do a few short trips to work. Ended up disappearing after I followed the manual and went for a 30 minute drive with average speed of 45mph+, but thought it best buy this too to make sure the DPF gets cleaned through. However, it’s not a miracle cure so if you’ve neglected your DPF then don’t expect it to unblock years of soot buildup. Haven’t had the warning light return since and I’ve done a lot of short trips! Easy to pop in with a tank of fuel and seems very good value. Will buy again

Tried this when the particulate filter warning light came on in the Peugeot 3008. Despite driving up and down the A14 for an eternity, no difference. Saying that, it could be that the old girl has done over 200k miles so is ready for the ‘garage in the sky’ rather than the quality of this product :-)

Very greatful product.. my ford Ecosport diesel BS6 becomes sluggish having low pickup becoz of dpf choke .. After pouring one stp dpf cleaner bottle in full tank then running car about 400 to 500km the filter got cleaned and the pick -up and power which i hv lost reversed. We just hv to wait for atleast 400kms after pouring it. Happy with the product.
