These electrolyte tablets are really useful to keep around, especially during warmer weather, after exercise or whenever you feel a bit dehydrated. They're simple to use – just dissolve a tablet in water and it's ready within a few minutes. The blackcurrant flavour is pleasant and much nicer than I expected. It has a light, refreshing taste without being overly sweet or artificial, making it easy to drink throughout the day. The tablets dissolve well, and I like that they're low in calories while still providing essential electrolytes. I swear by these as a bit of a pick-me-up, especially if I’ve had a few glasses of wine the night before! I usually have one before bed and another first thing in the morning, and I personally find they make a big difference to how I feel the next day. I’ve also taken them on holiday to help keep my hydration levels up in the heat, so they’re something I always like to pack. They dissolve quickly, the blackcurrant flavour is pleasant, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste. The tube keeps them fresh and is a handy size for throwing into a handbag or hand luggage. I’ve had no adverse side effects at all, only positives. They’re one of those products I always make sure I have in the house.

These are very good and give lots of energy and taste of blackcurrant where others don't. The only negative stopping me giving 5*'s is that they take a long time to dissolve.

Such good value and tastes lovely. I bought these recently after having a bout of D&V but have continued to purchase them as I have found them really hydrating in this warm weather

Great products, great taste!!

These don’t taste very nice and I don’t understand all the good reviews. The hydration is adequate it seems. But it requires two tablets per 200ml of water which is a lot, considering there are only 12 servings. I thought I would give these a go as they were on sale and rated well. However as with other tablets I’ve tried, you can taste the bitterness from the bicarbonate of soda that is required to dissolve it. Even though the blackcurrant flavor is nice, it’s overshadowed by the nasty bitter flavor of the fizzing agents. Wouldn’t buy these again and will stick to traditional powders.

I have a mixture of isues that meant that I drank a lot each day, but I was always deyhydrated and thirsty. I've tried a few rehydration drinks now and these are my favourite. They taste nice, are easily portable, don't require a lot of liquid (200ml only), and they contain sugar which is particularly useful first thing. Along with another sugar-free brand, these are doing me a lot of good. I haven't experienced any side effects from ORS, when other brands have made me feel unwell. I'd guess we all dehydrate slightly differently.

This product is not edible the coloring and texture of the tablet is different and they taste off. I’ve tried to contact you about sending a replacement and I can’t reach you!

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
