Comfy and you’ll need to chill….
After the annoying process of reading the rough instructions, the chair makes you glad you brought it. Wonderful and yet to have back pain as I had in my previous office chair.UPDATE : someone help me out of this thing because I’m not happy unless my cheeks are firmly planted on this chair. 10/10

Awful chair - stay away
In summary, thank god for Amazon customer service as their customer service does not seem to respond.Very hard to assemble and confusing instructions but got over it. The chair, unfortunately, slides down. I don't know if it is underspec'd gas lift or what but it is not great. And comfort wise, it's fine.Stay away from it.

GREAT CHAIR FOR THE PRICE
I was using the crappiest chair so this was a major upgrade. I have already taken one nap in it and slept well (the foot rest is amazing). I wish the bottom cushion was a bit more comfortable but I am being incredibly nitpicky. The chair also seems to be of solid construction so far. The only thing I think is a potential con is if you are not confident in building things because the chair came quite dis-assembled and took some time to put together (about an hour or so). If you are not comfortable with building things either go a different direction or be prepared to get some help. Otherwise I think great for the cost. I imagine other gaming chairs with the same quality and features are more around the $200 mark so this is great for someone who does not want to spend $400 on a chair but still wants features, comfort, and quality.

Missing pieces
Came with screws not in instructions and missing other screws to connect arm rest.

Was Good, 2 days later it rocks from left to right
Update:Just a few days after use the chair now rocks from left to right and sits crooked, slating over to the right when sitting in it and its not level. I also noticed the arms do not sit level either and everything is put together correctly. The silver portion of the rod the seat sits in is what is moving side to side inside of the black portion of the rod that sits inside the base on the ground.I have not found a work around and this is extremely frustrating!!Original Review:These are great chairs at ⅓ or more less expensive than big name brands. The padding is not as thick but it is pretty comfortable to sit and lounge in. One thing I could say is that the tensionor foe the rocker could be a little less stiff, otherwise a great chair. If anyone is wondering the Monstertech chair mounts will indeed work with this chair and I am getting ready to add a Monstertech base shaker mount at the back under the seat with no problems, already checked their print off diagram to make sure. All in all a great chair, just wish there were more color options.

Nice chair, for the money.
My previous desk chair is older than I am, but it was one of those things where you keep it, to prove a point....long story, for another time. Bought this chair, because it came with the footstool thing, and reclined.Disappointment #1The footstool isn't really something I would trust as an actual footstool.Disappointment #2While yes, it DOES recline, it's not really at a normal interval, so you're in awkward positions when messing with the recline function.Disappointment #3The armrests are adjustable, but just like the recline function - they aren't set for a normal interval.I didn't even bother with the lumbar pillow - and the neck pillow, which was the main selling point for the chair for me, is too small to really use it at all. Overall a good chair, but there were some disappointments, some more than others.UPDATE:After multiple attempts to contact the company, regarding their pathetic JOKE of warranty (Don't bother, they don't respond), I ended up reverse engineering the bracket for the foot stool, and printing a new one on a 3D printer. The bit where I said not to trust the foot stool? Yea, don't. it won't support ANY amount of weight. there's a fatal design flaw in the bracket that holds it on, and if the company would ever respond to a message, maybe they'll learn what it is. If they don't, before the patent is applied for and approved, I guess that's their loss.

***Buyer Beware***
This is the worst gaming chair. It's constructed of very cheap materials and was missing hardware. None of it is labeled either. Normally, I can make do without instructions, but the missing materials, as well as lack of places to bolt that should have been there (I poked holes in the chair to meet the machined holes in the frame, but still no bolts to actually finish) Thankfully, Amazon was great and provided a full refund with no return, saving me time and energy taking it apart. I also told them with this particular one, the quality was so bad I did not want to see it resold. Amazon offers many different options, I would explore those and avoid this at all costs.
