A: Hi I would try the maker or where you purchased it from, as there is usually 12 month policy on most itens.

**Q: Does the interior cooking dish lift out for cleaning please?**
A: No, the interior doesn't lift out but is very easy to keep clean. I put some soapy water in, wipe it around, empty and rinse. Easy to do without touching the electric connection! An excellent product!

**Q: Where can I purchase the lid as I have broken the original one**
A: Unfortunately we do not store or sell any replacements parts of our products.
