Solid & longlasting
This product uses different composition materials to more expensive products...but definitely works better...in terms of....ease of application..& the product effectiveness. Some temp tooth filler products will diminish..after even a few hrs..due to saliva infiltration & of course eating & drinking, but this product is hardy & 1 application may last weeks.......Obviously every one is different..I'm just highlighting my experience.I'm happy with value, product & delivery.

Hard to get working.
Hard to get it Into cavity and to dry but if you use a fan it's easyer, when it's set it's very useful and stops pain In my tooth while I'm waiting for an appointment, I needed to replace after 2-3 weeks.

Application not easy but did tye job eventually
This temporary filling paste was a bit hard to get in the right place. But it's a bit gritty and the plastic spatular is like a shovel. Could have been better if nozel was shared like an injection and not just flat.Instructions so no excess salivation but OMG it's taste is strange and made your mouth water without trying. It did do the job eventually. It did the job though so worth giving a try.

Dreadful. Tasted disgusting, still wasn’t hardening about 20mins. Scrapped it out and chucked into the bin. Completely waste of money

A Temporary Tooth Filling, - Is 'OK', Tastes Disgusting.
I purchased this temporary tooth filling as I had a large filling come out of one of my lower molars, just before Christmas. Thankfully, until just recently, it hasn't caused any pain or problems, however, I knew it was just a matter of time before it would. I'm not registered with a dentist, as even prior to the pandemic, there were no dentists in my area taking on any new patients, especially not on the NHS, & with the pandemic too, that just made accessing dental care even more impossible. I was eating some coleslaw a few days ago, & a piece must have got right into the open cavity, & touched a certain point, as the pain was immense & froze me, like a statue. Eventually, that incapacitating pain did ease, but since then I have been in pain with my tooth, where its been a constant dull throbbing pain, & ive also experienced accompanying pain in my ear on that affected side too. I've, of course, been taking painkillers, but I decided to try a temporary filling material to see if that would help to ease the pain a bit, - thinking that if I could plug the cavity so it was less exposed, it might stop the pain, or at least make it more tolerable. So I browsed through a few different temporary tooth filling kits here on Amazon, & in doing so, I read several review too. I opted to purchase this temporary tooth filling as its reviews were on the whole quite positive, & at an affordable price too, I decided that this wasn't too expensive if it turned out to not be very good, but I was deffo willing to give this a go.This arrived speedily, which was great, & the material itself, which is already pre-mixed, comes in a ready-to-use syringe like tube, which can be used directly on the offending tooth, or, as its like a chalky thick consistency, this can also be easily applied to a finger, & then wedged down into the cavity, - which was how I applied this myself. This kit does include a plastic spatula, however I didn't use it. The consistency of this filling material meant it was pretty easy to handle & to mould into shape, & apply. I pushed it into the cavity, with the excess around the outer tooth, & bit down gently, to give the bite an even & unproblematic bite. I then kept my mouth shut for 15 mins, & tried to prevent too much saliva getting to the tooth in this time frame, - giving the finning material time to harden.Once hardened, the excess material surrounding the tooth crumbled bit by bit, away from the surround of the tooth, & its taste (Zinc based) was absolutely disgusting! Yet, despite the excess filling material crumbling away from the surround of the tooth, the plug of this material within the cavity has remained, & although the pain hasn't gone fully, this temporary filling material has deffo eased the level of pain & throbbing, making the pain more manageable to bear.I'm not sure I would recommend this, being honest, & it really does taste vile! I don't think I would use this again, in the future, either.I hope this review has been helpful 😉
