Better Living AVIVA, chrome, 3-Chamber

Ordered this the day my suction holder lost its suction whilst I was in the shower and games crashing to the ground, smashing to bits, it arrived the next day. It looks the part, better than I thought, very easy to put up, you just stick the adhesive pads on the rectangular bits on the back and put the entire contents of the silicon glue provided onto the textured parts on the reverse, this is all done after washing the area you want to put it on, letting it dry and then rubbing it with some rubbing alcohol "I used one of those refresher wipes like you get from KFC" Leave it for 24hrs then fill the bottles and clip them on.I put very thick Tigi Men conditioner and shampoo in, aswel as Lynx shower gel, it pumps every time without fail with just the right amount (2 or 3 pumps) no wastage. I spray it with anti limescale shower cleaner after use and they look fine, no residue and I live in a very hard water area. Highly reccomended, looks expensive and really stylish, sets the bathroom right off.

As my tiles are not completly flat [they are wavy] I found that other products would not adhere to them for any length of time. This dispenser has been up for a few weeks now and shows no signs of moving. It was easy to afix to the tiles, just had to wait a day before putting containers in! It looks great, doesn't drip, easy to refill, keeps shower tidy and a bonus is that we use far less shampoo etc as it doesn't come out in big "glugs" as it would from a bottle -- so will probably pay for itself over time! Can't think of any negative aspects. I am delighted with it.

First of all, I would like to say that I have owned this dispenser for over 15 months, and until recently, experienced no problems at all.The issue that i have had relates to conditioner which I suspect is a little too thick to guarantee 100% successful operation. I think that the conditioner started to gum up the works and eventually forced the plastic nozzle to detach from the unit. This was flushed away before it was noticed. Meanwhile the unit stopped working and my husband took it apart to empty it, clean it and put it back together again, at which point we noticed that the nozzle was missing.We considered buying a completely new unit and keeping it for spares - since we really rate it. We also looked at buying just the missing bit and were on the point of doing this.Fortunately we discovered that the unit is guaranteed for 2 years.I emailed the original supplier Norwood Trading Ltd through Amazon, had an almost immediate reply and received a replacement pump and instructions the following day. I can't fault Norwood Trading for their immediate response and would urge potential buyers not to be wary of this product.2 bits of advice:1. Try to avoid using very thick creams. Having said this, our unit worked for well over a year without problems; perhaps spraying the bottom of the unit with hot water at the end of a shower would keep it unclogged2. When positioning the unit, make sure that it can't be accidentally knocked off by an elbow! If it fell on a foot, it might break it - the foot, I mean! If we could turn back the clock, we would have positioned it out of the way, next to the shower controls, rather than on the adjacent wall.

Brought this product in June 2017. Was easy to install and easy to use. Looks very classy in our shower. Was nice to be free of bottled products inside the shower. However the product did fall of the tiles in our shower in the middle of the night. However it hasn’t stopped us re-purchasing the product. As we had a good run out of it and are missing having it in the shower. Could not result to going back having bottles of shower gels etc in the shower. We also have the two compartment product in our 2 bathroom which is still afixed to the tiles.

I was a little unsure at first weather to get it as it was quite pricey, and wasn't sure if it would stay on wall, how big they would be, how clean they would stay ect. But i read the reviews and decided to go for it, i need'ent have worried it is excellent. there a little smaller than the pic makes them look but its not a problem it fits a large bottle of shampoo ect, the other issues i had were no bother either definitely not a problem with staying on wall thats for sure, you must use the adhesive for it to stay, but when you do when placing it were you want it make sure its straight and exactly in the right place because once you put it on the cladding, tiles ect it isn't going anywhere mine didn't need 24hours like it said it wouldn't budge after 2 seconds i left it for that anyway just incase. And cleaning no problem so far just need wiping over. So over all i bet you guessed iam happy with my product worth getting believe me.

First met these dispensers at a guest house in Cornwall where they have been in use for the last six years at least. They therefore have to be robust in order to cope with variable users. Having read other reviews I was aware that conditioner would be problematic as it is generally more viscous than shampoos and shower gel. True to form it did not prime at first, but by adding a judicious amount of water and mixing it well this seemed to overcome the problem. We are delighted with it in our new bathroom and visitors are attracted to it as decluttering accessory.We decided to use the glue supplied and cleaned the underlying tile with surgical spirit not white spirit before fixing. Our tiles are dimpled which is an added challenge in terms of adhesion. It has successfully remained in place (full) for the first two weeks, so we await the long term verdict.The integrated hooks are a little lightweight, but again are very useful for keeping body polishers. Will review again some months down the line!

I purchased this product last year and, although this product was brilliant and such a great idea so that I could reduce my plastic waste, unfortunately, the company only supplied one tube of silicone glue which is the same as they send out for one dispenser. This resulted in the unit falling off the wall of the shower and shattering only a few months after it had been fitted, to the manufacturer's instructions. The other single unit dispenser that I ordered from the same company is still firmly fixed to the wall. Why they only sent one tube of glue when it is three times the size and weight I do not know but they will not replace it. The response I got to my email regarding the matter was one sentence explaining that the pump part is under warranty for 2 years but that the rest of it wasn't so I would not be receiving a replacement. No apology or anything. As such, I am giving the product three stars due to bad customer service and for not sending the appropriate materials to fit this product to the wall effectively in the first place. A waste of £38 for me.

I originally purchased an almost identical product (not through Amazon) and it was nothing but a source of trouble from the outset with sticking pumps. The supplier replaced the product, so no quibbles about their service, but the replacement lasted only a matter of weeks and the supplier then refunded the purchase price. I then sourced this AVIVA product through Amazon and was greatly impressed with the two year guarantee offered along with a lifetime guarantee on the pumps. Quick delivery followed and the instructions were comprehensive, easily followed, and everything worked superbly. The pump action was much smoother than my first purchase, this was obviously a much better design and of much better quality. I am so impressed that I am about to purchase a second dispenser for the en-suite! I can confidently recommend this product especially with the added security of purchasing through Amazon.Update January 2016:Still delighted with this product which has continued to perform without fault since the day of purchase despite daily use. Exceptional quality - highly recommended!

Oltre alla qualità del prodotto ed i suoi meccanismi che funzionano senza il minimo difetto o forzatura, l'elogio va assolutamente al sistema di fissaggio.Viene fornita una combinazione di biadesivo e silicone, il primo serve per dare sostegno al silicone durante la sua asciugatura ma la presa che offre è ragguardevole.In 24 ore il prodotto è installato sulle piastrelle (nel mio caso della doccia) e sembra fissato con delle viti per quanto è resistente.I contenitori tengono più o meno un intero flacone di shampoo, il che vuol dire non avere più ingombranti bottiglie di plastica in giro. Vivamente consigliato.

je craignais que le support qui se colle avec adhésif ne tienne pas mais au bout de plusieurs d'utilisation , tout tient correctment.le remplissage est facile il peut se décrocher du support pour être nettoyé au besoinla pompe semble de très bonne qualité et elle est garantie à vieune amie n'a pas aimé le look "hôtel" mais pour notre part on a vraiment apprécié de ne plus avoir les flacons par terre, c'est plus net !
