Not complicated to assemble, but an absolute bitch when attaching the back & arms to the seat (requiring far too much applied pressure to get the last bits lined up to get the bolt in, & then an extra arm to get said bolt in & tightened). That said, was a wonderful excercise in using an elbow & knee to posistion & pin to have the hands free to do the precision bits xDOverall though very good quality for it's price. If I have any real issue with it (beyond the aforementioned), it's that the rocker could do with a couple more degrees on it's maximum tilt angle (but that's really a personal preference & not a grip at the product)If you're a plus sized personage however (I'm not) you may find it's not big enough or that there's not enough padding, & you'll probably have to 'fluff' the lumber support cushion a little more often than you'd like.

For just under £100 this chair isn't a bad option. It isn't upright or laid back but more of a lounge chair position. If you're gaming with a controller you might be fine with it but keyboard and mouse users won't as you'll have to lean forward to reach your desk and you'll find you'll be sat in the hunched position also because you're not resting your back on anything.Arm rest cushion isn't the best, already has compacted down after a weeks worth of use.Headrest I don't think is supposed to be funtional, I'm 5"10 and the headrest will rest on my neck if I lean back in the chair.If you're wearing shorts/skirt whilst sat on the chair, the piping on the seat will irritate you.Yes there are a more negatives in my opinion however, you get what you pay for but this chair is pretty much what I expected at this price bracket and I am actually content with it.

I bought this chair 4 years ago and have been totally happy with it. Unfortunately, the weld that holds the chair on failed the other day. The company doesn't do spares. However Hartleys Black Office Chair Refurbishment Kit fits it perfectly and since the chair itself is in great shape I can now continue to enjoy it. I would have hoped the chair would last longer without failing but since it has I am pleased it can be repaired without having to start from scratch

All parts came and were clearly labelled, instructions easy to understand and quite simplistic in its assembly. Only thing I would reccomend is getting another person to help hold the back rest in place as getting it line up with the screw holes in the arms, was a bit fiddly. Also felt as though i was heavily forcing it into place (past reviews informed of a slight misalignment with the screw holes so may have just been this) but with a bit of persistence and patience, got it all together.Very comfortable to sit it, I have had it for 2 days now and I am at my desk 10 hours per day. The lumbar support cushion is comfortable in any place and I don't really find it annoying. There is a zip on the back of the cushion to take out the filling if you decide that you don't need it so its good to have the choice. However no way to easily remove the whole thing as the cushion case is stitched around the elastic, which is also sticked to the chair.Actual seat is very comfortable and the arms are a great height for me. I am 5ft11 and on the highest the seat can go, my feet don't touch the ground. The wheel base however has a comfortable grip on the ends so you can put your feet on the wheel base without them hurting or it being uncomfortable.All in all a great chair. Well built and does the job. Made even better by the price and swiftness of delivery.

When unpacking the box I was very impressed with the quality, weight and overall build quality of this chair. It is simple to put together however can be fiddly so I would recommend to have a second set of hands free just to help hold bits in place. The chair is super comfortable for me and offer great support to your back however the chair does lean back slightly when sat on and I wish you could adjust the chair a little more upright. The lumbar vision is not removable which I thought would have been a more convenient feature and the arms, I feel should have been made of another material like metal. I've been using this seat in a heatwave and as it isn't really leather it can get a bit sweaty and I've found even after a couple of weeks the faux leather does wrinkle and sag a little (but this is being really picky). I've been using the chair for about a month now and all the good points remain however the padding on the arm rest has already worn down and there is no padding left towards the backs of them. Overall I love this chair and when you remember the price I think it is great value for money.
