I've ordered a 2nd one of these pillows the strap is plenty long enough to fit the seat of a 2010 Focus and a 63 plate Hyundai i-1 it fits quite well on both seats and once I adjusted the back of the seat for the pillow I could instantly feel support to my lower back and an improvement to my posture. It certainly improves the comfort of the seat and should aid with my lower back. I'm happy enough, money well spent to improve comfort and quality of my drive. Apart from that, it seems well made and the memory foam is firm enough without being to hard / soft Disclaimer, "I paid for this myself", either during a lightning deal or full price.

This was purchased for two purposes - primarily for our son's new wheelchair and also to see if it would be any good for our office chairs. We were very happy to find it is a little softer than we would had expected/worried - and this will be idea for our son's new wheels as it shouldn't be uncomfortable after long sitting periods. Being only young (four years old!) we needed something that was narrow; this fitted perfectly! This isn't likely most people's use-case, but for us it was great. As far as using it for an office chair, we were very happy - and will likely buy one or two for ourselves now! A very good price for additional support. It'll definitely promote much better posture. The only negative I could see was that the strap only just made it around our office chairs (and definitely felt like it was at the extreme limit) - but unless you're regularly attaching/detaching it to a fairly large chair this wouldn't cause an issue. If you are, you may wish to extend the strap yourself. Very happy - and would definitely recommend!

Not been using it long but it looks well made, fits & stays in position well & it gives good support. It is very comfortable, looks good against my seat material & i'm sure it will help on a long drive.

TLDR; Elasticised adjustable strap ensures easy and secure fit. Breathable mesh cover can be removed / washed. Memory foam pillow high quality and great shape. I spend a lot of time sat at a computer, at work and at home (sat 12hrs+ daily). Although I don't suffer from any back ailments specifically, I want to keep it that way! Bought this on a bit of an impulse to be honest. Only used it a week or so but no regrets so far; it's definitely coaxed me to sit in a more ergonomically correct way on a couple of chair I've tried it with. Long term this is not only more comfortable but has to be better for me too. Finally, it's competitively priced and great quality... recommended.

I was a bit skeptical about this and unsure, especially as I had been dealing with a very bad lower back. When it arrived I tried it on my executive office chair and it fit well with the strap holding it in position very well. I lowered myself down carefully and sat down in relief and comfort, the first time in literally months. Sitting with this cushion was literally the only way I could sit without pain. Since then it has been attached to my office chair and I wouldn't be without it. It has kept it's shape and thickness very well considering it is used many hours every single day. In short I was am very pleased with it. This cushion, my standing desk and my Amazon foot rest have been instrumental in healing my back and I am pretty much back to normal function after four months of pain. So for me this cushion has been a godsend. That said, your experience may differ. Backs are tricky things and what works for one may not be good for another. For my part I am glad that I took a chance on this cushion.

Just got a brand new car (my first) with sports seats which are really supportive at the sides but offered no lower lumber adjustment. After a trip from the south coast to Sheffield and back I could hardly stand straight. Found this lumber support cushion, ordered and it duly arrived the next day. I was not that impressed initially. Seemed to contain low density foam that would do little. The strap to hold it in place didn't work either due to the shape of the sports seats. Cut the straps off and headed along the coast for 100 miles. What a difference! I got out the car and my back felt great. I was so wrong about the lack of firmness of the cushion. It does exactly what it needs to do in supporting the curvature of the lower spine. The lack of scrap is not a problem either - move into position when I get in and it stays in position. This has been a revelation.

I recently took a job that required a lot of desk time and it wasn't long before the aches started in my lower back, plus ive always had problems with posture ect. I was looking for something would support my lower back and had resorted to wedging a foam roller between myself and the chair which is surrprisingly good but not practical. A bought this and the cushion itself is well made, though the elasticated straps that hold it the chair are not particularly reassuring and neither is the stitching that holds them there. The memory foam cushion is soft and comfortable but is in no way good at supporting your lower back. The tapered design means it tapers away from your lumbar as apposed to propping it up. It is however a good prop for your middle back and offers a little support for your lumbar which helps relieve some of the stress but not enough for a long day at the office.

Bought for car. Strap is not long enough to fit around the car seat but it rests fine between the base of my back and the seat itself when driving. Very comfortable on long journeys and has helped alleviate the back ache that I have suffered before. Recommended but do remember the strap may be too short for most car seats.

This is good product. It arrived on time and as described. It is well made and I am pleased with it. As a matter of fact, I am using while writing this review. It feels good and provides exactly the support that I needed. My only comment would be that it does not have a particularly long strap. A strap extender option or inclusion would be a good idea. The reason that I mention this (and it is in no way negative) is that, the strap that it comes with is just a few inches too short to make it fit on my recliner (where I spend too much time, anyway), My wife was a bit frustrated when she was trying to affix it to my chair. Nonetheless, we were able to wiggle it into a usable position and it is working well. The strap is easily long enough to fit a normal chair.

This is a much better alternative than buying an ergonomic chair to help keep my chronic lower back pain away while working. The other advantage is that I can also use this product and attach it in my car seat during long drives. Been using this product for almost a week now and I find that it provides the right support for my lower back. Too early to tell if this will help fix the recurring back problems that I've been having from sitting in front of the computer all day at work but right now, I can say that things are looking positive in terms of how my back feels.

Cuscino/Supporto lombare ben fatto, comodo e durevole. Si adatta bene alla forma del proprio corpo: sostiene adeguatamente la zona lombare senza però essere fastidioso o "invadente". Ho un ernia lombare e una protusione lombo-sacrale e con questo cuscino lombare ho trovato beneficio alla guida della mia auto. Se si condivide l'auto conpersone che non lo gradiscono o non ne hanno bisogno, non c'è problema xché si metteesifoglie in un attimo. Soddisfatto.

Lo compré porque la forma de esta silla no se adaptaba bien a mí. Tras un par de horas me empezaban a doler los hombros. Pero este cojín se adapta a la espalda como un guante. Llevo un día con el, pero creo que no lo quitaré nunca de la silla!
