Do they come in a box for storage?

I don't know about a box for storage, but they definitely came in a square box, which I took mine out off and put in a filing cabinet.

can i print on the envelope with a laser printer?

The envelope can be printed on however there are two things to be careful about. 1. The way you insert the envelope matters. If you place the envelope open end facing inwards into the printer it might be torn by the paper segregation 2. The window is made of plastic and due to the heat of the printer, might compress.

please confirm these are not window envelopes

Definately not window envelopes. These are plain white envelopes with inside tint and peel and seal flap.
