This is very helpful whilst not hard to store as it comes in a re-sealable bag and it can be taken alongside other medicines without interfering with what NHS drugs are often prescribed for, without causing side-effects, and they are totally natural, so they are much better for you than prescribed Menopause drugs. So I would certainly take a look at taking these, if required alongside Red Clover tablets whilst you are going through the Menopause, and I would also recommend using herbal teas or odd drinks of coconut water, as these all contribute to a better health feeling, and cooking and calming effects on the whole body, mind, and nervous systems. They are not an expensive natural product to add to your list of treatments for a better lifestyle, whilst going through these changes in the systems, and helping you relax more easily.

Always use Lindens tablets. These work well and good quality I use them for getting hot in the night and they definitely help.

I took these with red clover to help with hot flushes. They did help to reduce them for some time but don't seem to be working so well at the moment so I will take a break from them and then try again.

Everyone is different so the only way to know if a product is going to work for you is to try it! These don’t work for me sadly but I’m loath to throw them away as I spent good money on them. I’ve been getting flatulence as well from these - not good😬 I used Vitabiotics Sage tablets for 2 months, which were excellent and got rid of my sweats, but they are pricey at £5 for 30 tablets so I shopped around & decided to give Lindens a try. (sigh) You win some, you lose some! I won’t be buying these again. 29.Dec.2022 UPDATE The cucumber drinks phase didn’t last too long because it’s expensive to buy and a faff to make my own. I still do make it myself but not very often! What I’ve found is that Moringa powder, drank as a tea, has greatly reduced the night sweats! No longer do I wake up during the night, drenched.🤗 For that I am grateful to God for because I didn’t buy the Moringa powder for that reason, I bought it for my hair! My skin is also less dry than it was before drinking Moringa. It tastes horrible to me when hot or warm, so I wait for it to get cold then drink it. I only drink 1/2 a mug of bottle water with a quarter teaspoon of Moringa. I will increase to a full mug with 1/2 teaspoon in 2023. I use Snapes Organic Moringa Powder bought from here on Amazon.

Well the first arrival of this product didn't turn out so well. After placing the order, I received ovulation strips!! Erm.. not quite the same and the wrong side of the menopause. However Amazon were great, refunded and then paid the express delivery for the replacement which fortunately was correct the second time. I searched for these following buying a branded name in a well known health food shop. Having read the reviews decided to take a chance on these ones. I was a little worried as they were cheaper for 3 times the amount but so far they have been great! As someone who sweats a lot anyway, you can imagine how much worse it can get. All it took was washing hands in warm water, or making a drink, or moving, and the heat went to my head. It looked like I was in a sauna. While everyone else is in hats and thick coats on school runs, I was in a tee trying to keep cold. After a few days of taking these, I was sat in a very warm room and actually stayed dry for a change. It was bliss! Edit** Several months later, back to over sweating (head only) , but my night sweats have helped. Am taking two a day so it hasn't stopped them..however when I went on holiday and forgot to take them, I did notice a heat difference!

My wife is taking these for hot flushes combined with red clover and she wants me to add this preview to assist those who would like to know the results after taking these. I ordered them for her back at the end of March 2020 and now it's November. She says the hot flushes went within 3 days of taking the combination and so did the night flushes. But now the hot flushes are starting to return and the night flushes (I can confirm) are pretty bad again. She wakes 3 - 4 times a night and is drenched. She's wondering if perhaps she needs to try another different combination of herbals and alternate them for 6 months at a time. But on the whole a fast working product, easy to swallow, just not long lasting for her, sadly.
